Information for Clients

During the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clinic staff, practitioners and clients, a number of new hygiene protocols have been put in place to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading the COVID-19 virus and to promote a safe environment for everyone.

If you have previously attended appointments at the clinic, it is likely that you will notice a difference from the usual environment and experience. There are new social distancing and hygiene processes to follow, many of which have now become a familiar part of life as we move towards ‘the new normal’. However, rest assured that it is the same people providing the service which people have become accustomed to, just in a slightly different way.

All clinic appointments will be conducted in accordance with these procedures. If you do not agree with or are unable to follow these procedures for whatever reason, unfortunately Therapy in Leeds will be unable to offer you a clinic appointment and an online session will be offered instead.
